Also on this week is a meeting at the TUC organised by the South East Region TUC International Committee about the precedent setting cases at EU level - Viking, Laval, Ruffert, Luxemburg etc. This is at 6pm on Wednesday 10th December at Congress House, Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3LS and has Prof Keith Ewing of the Institute of Employment Rights and Hannah Reed, TUC Senior Employment Rights Officer speaking.
